Return Policy
Any online shopping process possibly generates unforeseen questions. By default, we believe our buyers have carefully studied the product specs, colours, delivery terms and in case of uncertainty have contacted us. Therefore, we trust our buyer is right and if still the issue arises, we will handle the process by delivering an enjoyable experience. These are the principles of how we ensure a low-friction return process.
- Minor question asked. People shouldn’t persuade about returning items they’ve found inappropriate. We handle the return process with a few easy steps.
- Seamless process. The process is entirely online: 1) upload a picture describing the issue right on the order record, 2) click the button. We’ll replace the item easily after reviewing the enquiry.
- Quick refund. A refund is released within the next day after the tracking number for the returned item has been received.
- Easy exchange and store credit. If a customer doesn’t want a refund, there is a solution to exchange items or receive store credit. It’s easy to send items back and exchange them for a different colour or model.
