Our returns process adheres to the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, dated 20 May 2014.
As outlined in Article 22.3, customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective, and the order withdrawal option does not apply to such items.

General Return Policy
- Eligibility: Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Return
- Notify us of your return request by emailing info@metalfabrik.eu within 14 days of delivery or by filling out the Returns form found on metalfabrik.eu, and provide us with the original invoice.
- Properly package the product for return. We suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier and that you keep tracking information as proof of shipment and delivery in case there is an issue.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, in which case please see Warranty.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
